DILI, 06/09/2018, The General State Budget of 2018 proposed by the Human Capital Development Fund (FDCH) with amount of $15,795,377.62 was approved by the National Parliament with 44 votes in favor, 19 Abstentions and no votes Against.
The budget will support four main programs of FDCH such as: a) Vocational Training with amount of $1,525,000.00 b). Technical Training with amount of $434,000.00 c.) The Scholarship Program with amount of $12,540,377.62 and d). Other Types of Trainings with amount of $1,296,000.00
From the total approved budget above, FDCH has been executed $5,809,572.00 from January to the end of August 2018 and the balance of $9,984,828.00 will be executed in the next four (4) months, started from September to December 2018.
